A pseudo-3D viewer for the IRIS Earthquake Browser.

Drag to rotate the scene.

Use the mouse wheel (or the "+" and "-" buttons) to zoom in and out.

The View menu allows toggling coastline and plates, re-orienting the scene, automatic rotation and more.

Is rotation slow?
Use View menu to turn Shading off and to Hide the Coast.

Best performance with these browsers:
Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Opera and Edge.

Warning:

Too many earthquakes slows some browsers down.
Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Opera are quite fast.
Internet Explorer is very slow, but Edge seems OK.

If browser is unresponsive, not shading quakes and not showing coastline (see View menu) speeds things up.
