Merging Refraction Data in ProMAX.

When you read in SEGY tapes, do a tape dump first to see what's in the
headers.

When you save to disk (disk data output), realize that ProMAX will default
to 16 bit (compressed) data storage.  Make a conscious decision on
whether you want to do this or not.

As you read data in to a line, extract database files to initialize the 
geometry.
