Thread: Release of ws-station service version 1.3.13

Hello WS users,

The DMC has updated ws-station to version 1.3.13. In this minor revision we made "starttime" and "endtime" inclusive, rather than exclusive. This change makes searches by channel time behave the same way as searches by station time. This change only affects requests where the starttime or endtime exactly matches the channel's start or end time.

This release should be backwards compatible with all request tools.
