Please, give you a look in an old discussion to install SAC in ubuntu, here:

However the idea is:

your PATH to sac is ~/sac

In file ~/sac/sacinit.sh modify the line that contain SACHOME, so it become

export SACHOME=/home/raquel/sac

Then, in your ~/.bash_profile or ~/.bashrc

add the line

source $(SACHOME)/bin/sacinit.sh

Finally, source your ~/.bash_profile or ~/bashrc,

so,

source ~/.bash_profile

That’s all.
