Mr Fernandez,
There was an outage in the communication link coming into the USGS today, so the IRIS DMC did not receive data from USGS for GT, IM, and RO networks during the outage. So that data either stopped advancing or was not available on the IRS rtserve:18000 during the outage.
I believe the outage started 06-22 at 04:34 UTC and ended sometime before 11:44 UTC.
The outage is over and I see current data on rtserve for all GT stations including LPAZ:
