Hello, everyone. I'm trying to run the source distribution of SAC instead of the binary one and I followed the exact same steps I did when untaring the binary one, but I get this message that says SAC it's not installed. Is there another consideration that needs to be taken when working with the source distribution? In my bashrc file I have:
source /usr/local/sac/sac-101.6a/bin/sacinit.sh
export SACAUX=/usr/local/sac/sac-101.6a/aux
export SACDIR=/usr/local/sac/sac-101.6a
export PATH=/usr/local/sac/sac-101.6a/bin:$PATH
because I just changed the name for the new directory. I hope you have some comments on this, have a nice week. (-:
source /usr/local/sac/sac-101.6a/bin/sacinit.sh
export SACAUX=/usr/local/sac/sac-101.6a/aux
export SACDIR=/usr/local/sac/sac-101.6a
export PATH=/usr/local/sac/sac-101.6a/bin:$PATH
because I just changed the name for the new directory. I hope you have some comments on this, have a nice week. (-:

Hi Edgar,
Are you modified the sacinit.sh to reflect the correct dir where live SAC?
Only you would need sourcing sacinit,sh, because it include the other variables SACAUX etc.

M.
