Hi Web Service Users-

Our planned maintenance of the Seattle network has resulted in some connection issues to our web pages and web services. It's possible you are not seeing issues, but we are aware of some problems occurring and are working to address the issue in any case. Most of our operations should be operational through our backup systems, but we are uncertain that our backup network routing is working as intended.

We apologize for any inconvenience this is causing.
