I think this is the 2005 Kashmir quake: https://ds.iris.edu/wilber3/find_stations/2072443

The 2015 Hindu Kush quake (I assume you mean the 2015-10-26 event) is missing for some reason -- I've sent out an inquiry to figure out why -- but Wilber can work from raw event information as well, so I think this would be the right link:
