Thread: service domain lookup issues during maintenance window

Hi Web Service Users-

We are currently experiencing issues with external user access to service.iris.edu, which is intended to resolve to our alternate data center during extended maintenance outages. Your access to our services may be hampered as a result.

We are currently looking into the issue and hope to have this resolved soon. The alternate data center appears to be functioning normally, so we are awaiting resolution of the network issues.
