Thread: rdseed error in 'make' command

I have been following the steps in the ReadMe file from Rdseedv5.3.1 to
make and execute the Windows version (on a Dell) of the program in Cygwin
(64 bit, tcsh shell). Running the 'make' command yields three screens of
warnings and errors. I noticed on the rdseed site there is mention of
errors in building the code on certain processing systems. However, I also
noticed that the Windows version is a 32 bit rather than a 64 bit. Do I
need to use the 32 bit version of Cygwin instead?
