Problem in data transmission from HKPS to IRIS

Dear Forrest,

Need your help regarding the problem in the station HKPS.  Please see
the latest capture of "Station Monitor" as per attached.

We checked our seismograph and internal systems.  It is confirmed that
the station is functioning properly. Seems that something wrong in the
data link between HKPS and IRIS. While we will continue to carry out
diagnostics, I would like to know if there is any change of network
setting on your side, say IP address or so.

Rest assured that we will do our best to identify and fix the problem.

    Futher to my preceding email, I would like to let you know only the IP
    addresses listed below are allowed to access our server.  Kindly please
    confirm if your IP is on the list.

    1) 128.95.166.130
    2)  69.44.87.105
    3) 128.95.166.5
    4)  69.44.87.117

      New IP for HKPS, starting 02UTC, 28 Feb 2022

      Dear Forrest,

      There will be changes in the public IP of HKPS. Not sure if this will
      affect data transmission to IRIS, say due to firewall of your center.

      Our existing IP is 218.255.153.43. Starting 02UTC, 28 Feb 2022, HKOS's
      new IP will be 118.140.92.106.

      Kindly let me know if further information is required.
