University of Kansas Postdoctoral Researcher: Geophysics Specializing in Geodetic Data Analysis in the Department of Geology. The University of Kansas Department of Geology is seeking a talented and innovative postdoctoral scholar in Geophysics, specializing in geodesy or analysis of geodetic data applied to tectonic and earthquake problems. Experience identifying signals in noisy data and inverting data to produce models using a variety of techniques is desired. The specific research topic is open and will be chosen based on the mutual interests of the postdoctoral scholar and the supervisor. Access to high-performance computing resources is available through the KU Center for Research Computing.

The postdoctoral scholar will be supervised by Assistant Professor Noel M. Bartlow. The position will involve research, publication, and presentation of research at relevant scientific meetings.
