The USGS has openings for physical science and civil engineering internships at the Geologic Hazards Science Center in Golden, CO and the Albuquerque Seismological Lab in Albuquerque, NM. The available projects span earthquake, landslide, and geomagnetic hazards, as well as software development, instrumentation, and field support.
