Dear Colleagues,

Colorado School of Mines is hiring a 1-year position with their Diversity, Inclusion & Access (DI&A) team to investigate retention factors of Mines' undergraduate students.

Applications are due March 15th. This is a great opportunity for early-career geoscientists (Master's or PhD degree holders, including Postdocs) who do discipline-based education research. Please note that while the position description details both minimum requirements as well as preferred qualifications, we want to remind applicants that you do not need to have all the preferred qualifications to be considered for the role. If you have the passion for the work along with experience, you are encouraged to apply.

Salary range is $52K - $58K a year, with medical, dental, and retirement benefits. This position is also offered to be full-time remote, if the candidate lives in or relocates to the state of Colorado.
