Hello all,
I just want to make the request from my previous email more clear. I would
like to know how to change the time range (on the x-axis) of the
spectrogram, not the frequency range.
Thanks again
Justin

Hi Justin,
You can to change the frequency range using YMAX variable.
see spectrogram help.

Hello all,
Is there a way to zoom in on a SAC spectrogram as you would for a
seismogram? That is, can you zoom into a specified time window on a
spectrogram. I've tried using the xlim command, but it only changes the
time window on the seismogram and not the spectrogram. Any help would be
appreciated.
Thank you,
Justin

Dear All -
To display only a portion of the spectrogram, use the XYZ option and then display the image using GRAYSCALE COLOR. This MacSAC example shows the general idea:
FUNCGEN SEISMOGRAM
SPECTROGRAM XYZ
XLIM 11 16; YLIM 0 20
BEGINFRAME; GRAYSCALE COLOR; CONTOUR; ENDFRAME
