We would like to remind the community of the upcoming session on *Earthquake
Dynamics and Interactions* at the 4th Regional Assembly of the Latin
American and Caribbean Seismological Commission (*LACSC*), to be held this
year *October 3-5, in Quito*, Ecuador. The deadline for submitting

The Latin American and Caribbean Seismological Commission (LACSC) announces
the extension of the deadline for abstract submission to *July 18, 2022*. This
decision was made in order to facilitate the submission process for this
important conference. The decision on the acceptance of abstracts will be
communicated on July 25 and the final scientific program is scheduled for
August 1.
