Dear IRIS Community,
A subset of Alaska Transportable Array stations are being transitioned to
operation by the Alaska Earthquake Center (AEC) at University of Alaska
Fairbanks. Data acquisition transfers for these 43 stations is ongoing
through October. Seismic data will still be archived and available via the
IRIS DMC, with a change of network code from TA to AK and a change in
sample rate from 40 sps to 50 sps. This might require adjusting data
retrieval scripts for the AK network code.
