Hello;
I am a SAC beginner. I downloaded SEED data from IRIS. I have used RDSEED to reproduce SAC files plus response file. Now is there anybody to help me how can I:
1- remove instrument responses from SAC seismograms.
2- Transform the new seismograms from step 1 to WWSSN 15-100 sec long period instrument seismograms.
Many thanks ahead
Kian

SAC> chnhdr kt1
SAC> chnhdr t2 0
SAC> chnhdr kt2
SAC> SSS
SAC/SSS> traveltime model iasp91 depth 32 phase S picks 0

Hi all,
I've seen similar messages with problems using blackboard
variables on the newest version (101.0) of sac in the mailing list
threads, but no replies. Sorry if this is a repeat. When I try and
evaluate straightforward math using the blackboard variables on a
Intel MacPro (see below), my answers are wrong (although no error is
reported). The same commands work fine on previous versions of sac.
Has anyone come across a similar error, and/or know of a fix? Thanks
much,

Re: blackboard variables problem - Brian Savage - 2007-10-26 16:33:35
All,
I was hoping someone might be able to help me understand a
problem I'm having calling sac within a perl script, and using a
'foreach' loop to edit a list of files. When I run the following
script on a linux machine (running sac2000, version 00.59.48), it
runs fine and exits without problems. When I run the same script on
an Intel macPro (running sac version 101.0), the script hangs within
the foreach loop after processing the last file in the list and does
not exit sac.

Hi Oscar,
I'm not sure I understood your question. Read your signals and
Call sss subroutine, there you can stack them, to do it they have to
Have the same time step. The manual of sss your guide along the different
Options you can use.
Good luck,

Hi Ken,
Normally you dont need to copy the sacio.a library, you only have to
Specify in your Makefile the place where the library can be found.
Bye,
JuanM
