My pc system is ubuntu 13.10 32 bit. I tried "./src/sac" but i take error,
ERROR:"Environmental variable SACAUX not defined".
when i run ./configure, take compilation options at the below, and when i
run "make check", it appears that graphics window on my screan.

dear All,
i'm currently installing SAC-101.4.tar.gz in LINUX operating system. After
execute it with "make install" command, i found many errors during
installation, for instance
../inc/gd3.x11.h:102: error: expected '=', ',', ';', 'asm' or
'__attribute__' before '*' token
../inc/gd3.x11.h:103: error: expected '=', ',', ';', 'asm' or
'__attribute__' before 'pixdef3'
../inc/gd3.x11.h:108: error: expected '=', ',', ';', 'asm' or
'__attribute__' before 'plotw3_pixmap'

Hello ,
I am using SAC (Version 101.6). For some reason the rh command used inside
a macro with Blackbord variables cannot be used.
* Read files to determine component orientations
rh %files%
==> rh efam.syn.r efam.syn.t efam.syn.z
ERROR 1301: No data files read in.
ERROR 1016: Terminating execution of macro mtrf
Command line is: rh %files%
All these files are present in the folder. Is the version of sac broken.
What is the possible solution?

dear All
i've just started my research regarding seismic microzonation that use
strong ground motion of earthquake as prime subject to be analyzed in term
of signal processing. I've found a thousands data in IRIS website
http://www.iris.edu/wilber3/find_event which is freely downloadable in some
extension files (ie. *.sac, *.smc, *.seed, *.ascii, etc).
My question is, how to convert those files into time domain, hence it can
be analyzed much easier for beginner user.
