Hi everyone,
I am trying to extract waveforms (30 time windows) from the land.mseed
package using rdseed. I put the station metadata with the -g option in the
file called land.seed.
However, I got a 'Volume Not Found' error, which I couldn't solve. I
attach the terminal output.
I would appreciate any help to solve this issue,
Thanks in advance,
Claudia

Hi
In my sac file header is missing KZDATE and KZTIME.
How I can add manually the date and time.
I have tried like
"ch O gmt 2016 001 00 00 00" and then "wh" but still date is not shown.
How to resolve the issue.
Regards
Zafar

Re: SAC HEADER - Milton Plasencia - 2021-09-22 22:00:39
Hi,
I use sac v102.0 (64bit) on Kubuntu v16 (64bit) .
After FFT of a squared waveform (amplitude unit is count), the maximum and
minimum values on the header are
FILE: 1-SAC/a.sac - 1
--------------------
DEPMAX = 1.441192e+13
DEPMIN = 7.639150e+07
NVHDR = 7
However, I give the following command
message " max-min &1,DEPMAX &1,DEPMIN "
max-min -2147483648 76391496
The maximum number is not true, so I cannot normalize the data.
The value of the &1,DEPMAX is the limit of 32bit…
