I joined the IRIS DMC family in December of 2011 and have enjoyed the experience since day one. I graduated from the University of Washington in 2011 with a degree in Anthropology, but have always been interested in computers and data management. I am currently responsible for monitoring and resolving any issues related to USArray data. I came to IRIS a fresh graduate with little experience and have learned so much and look forward to learning even more.
I was born and raised in Hawaii (Oahu) with my three siblings: an older sister, identical twin sister, and younger brother. My twin sister, Emily and I moved to Seattle in 2007 to attend college with the intent of moving back home after graduation. We did not expect to fall in love with the city and now we can’t imagine living anywhere else.
In my free time, I enjoy building bicycles, cycling, photography, cooking, and dabbling in graphic design and programming. Most of all, I enjoy spending time with my dog, Scout.
