Short Description | The second-generation Collaborative Seismic Earth Model (CSEM2) is a global, multi-scale Earth model developed using full-waveform inversion. The term ‘multi-scale’ reflects the varying sizes of the inversion domains. CSEM2 integrates information from both global and regional inversions into a unified framework. This file contains the regional extraction of CSEM2 for North America, where contributing submodels are by Rickers et al. (2013), Krischer et al. (2013) and Rodgers et al. (2022). For user-specific domains and spatial resolution of CSEM2, please contact the author. This submodel has been extracted from the variable-parameterisation CSEM onto a regular grid, readable by EMC tools. |
