1. Is the appropriate equation from "Pole-Zero Representation for

1) Yes,
2) CONSTANT is: Sensitivity*A0, so (4.326760e+09)*(3.935580e+03)=+1.702831e+13.
3) INSTGAIN :this value is given for the fabricant in the calibration sheet,
so for STS-1 this value is ~2400 V/m/s, called sensor sensitivity or sensor gain.
