Does anyone know how to find out what stations are restricted using
the ws-station ?

Hi Marcelo,

Currently the IRIS station service does not indicate which stations are restricted. We are working on including this information.

We have other ways to determine restricted status such as MDA (http://www.iris.edu/mda/) but no REST web service methods.
