Hello web service users,

The DMC is experiencing some internal technical issues that are effecting all of our web service interfaces. Symptoms include slow response times and time outs.

If you have large data collection to perform, we ask you to wait until the services are back in full operation.

Please be patient while we work to get all systems running smoothly again.

    Hello WS users,

    All DMC web services are back online and fully functional.

    The final step of the recovery required all services to be down from approximately 23:00 - 00:20 UTC (aka within the last 1.5 hours). Our apologies for this unplanned downtime.

    Please report any further observations of issues with the services.
