ppk-hypo format

I want to pick a waveform file using hypo format. but sac does not write the pick times to the file
and how can i add quality and u or d?

you must to use the OAPF to open the pick file and then with CAPF close the file.
Example of running

read seismogram
oapf pick.txt
ppk
capf pick.txt

read your pick.txt and adapt to your needs for u,d and others.

    if i understand correctly, you can see the plotpktable command there is a
    list with the cursor options to manage ppt command.
