Thread: Problem in Installing SAC software

Source sacinit.sh as Milton says, then type "which sac".
I think you have another program called "sac" on your system
that is being executed instead of the Seismic Analysis Code.
You might have to give the full path to the SAC executable,
to execute the correct "sac".

Hi,

Try sourcing the sacinit.sh instead sacinit.csh, after edit and set your path correctly.

.csh seems to work in unix environment, .sh use the export for linux environment.
