I would like to bring your attention to two On the Cutting Edge
workshops with March 8 application deadlines. If you are a graduate
student, post-doc or teaching in a temporary position, then please
consider attending this summer's Preparing for an Academic Career
workshop. If you are in your first four years of a tenure-track or
other permanent academic position, then please consider attending this
summer's Early Career Geoscience Faculty Workshop. If neither applies
to you, please consider passing this note on to colleagues who may be
interested. Information about both workshop is below, with more details
on the linked web pages. The National Association of Geoscience
Teachers (NAGT) On the Cutting Edge project is funded by the National
Science Foundation and provides professional development
opportunities and resources for geoscientists through its workshop
series and website.
