The Division of Earth Sciences (EAR), within the Directorate for Geosciences at the National Science Foundation, announces a nationwide search to fill three Program Director positions, with one position in each of the following programs: Instrumentation and Facilities, Sedimentary Geology and Paleobiology, and Tectonics. Formal consideration of applications from interested individuals is underway and will continue until a selection is made. The successful candidate for each position would be selected under the terms of the Intergovernmental Personnel Assignment (IPA) Act for an initial period of one year, which may be extended by mutual agreement.
