Attention web service users,
Starting tomorrow (Tuesday, April 11) at ~11am PDT the irisws-timeseries web service will be made unavailable due to a critical maintentance update that needs to be applied. It is expected that this outage will last less than 1 hour. Please take into consideration that, during this time, the service will not be able to handle requests.
A follow-up email will be sent to the listserve once the maintenance period has finished. Apologies for any disruptions in your work flow that this may cause.
Best regards,
IRIS DS Services

Alex Jacques2017-04-12 22:24:17Hello Support,
Thank you for the updates regarding the maintenance period yesterday.
Unfortunately it appears that I am getting an error when attempting to use
the timeseries service. The error only occurs when using the "correct"
option in combination with the loc parameter of "EP" and channel "LDO" to
acquire the Setra 278 pressure data from the AK, N4, and TA channel sites.
For example:
With the correct parameter removed this call appears to work:
http://service.iris.edu/irisws/timeseries/1/query?net=TA&sta=G21K&loc=EP&cha=LDO&start=2017.102T16:38:00&end=2017.102T21:08:00&output=ascii
However with the correct parameter applied to get the output into
atmospheric units the call does not work:
http://service.iris.edu/irisws/timeseries/1/query?net=TA&sta=G21K&loc=EP&cha=LDO&start=2017.102T16:38:00&end=2017.102T21:08:00&output=ascii&correct
Would it be possible for someone to investigate?
Thanks much,
