    William,

    Your message shows “winzip”. Are you trying to extract SAC on a Windows pc? That will only work with additional Windows software. Look at the IRIS web pages for more information.

    What have you done to better understand this problem and maybe solve it yourself?

    Your message is so vague that I can’t understand what the actual problem is.
