Dear colleagues,

we would like to draw your attention to the session *SM1.2* entitled
"Multidisciplinary Seismology" at the 2019 EGU General Assembly in Vienna,
Austria (www.egu2019.eu).

Important dates:
Meeting: 7-12 April 2019
Abstract submission: 10 January 2019, 13:00 CET
Abstract length: 100-500 words
Deadline for *travel grant applications*: December 1st. (
https://egu2019.eu/about_and_support/roland_schlich_travel_support.html)

Do not hesitate to inform your colleagues and students about this
opportunity to present their work.

Session SM1.2/EOS3.5
Title: Multidisciplinary Seismology
Abstract: The goal of this session is to bring together researchers from
various disciplines, but whose work revolves around the propagation of
seismic and acoustic waves in complex media. The applications of their
findings to problems in seismology and geophysics are of central interest,
but we strongly encourage interdisciplinary submissions, in particular at
the interface of seismology and acoustics. We expect contributions on
topics that include: ambient-noise interferometry, sonification,
metamaterials, elastography, time-reversal and source localization, and
innovative approaches to imaging and monitoring.
