I have a digitizer instrument that is not registered in pdcc, and I want to open data from the instrument using seiscomp3. Because the dataless of the digitizer must be needed, then I have to make it myself. Can anyone help me how to create my own dataless ?

    Good morning Fajar,

    What manufacturer and model is your datalogger? Creating a dataless
    SEED response for a datalogger requires the following information from the
    manufacturer:

    1) preamp gain setting
    2) ADC scale factor (or bit weight)
    3) the initial sample rate out of the ADC
    4) the order and decimation factor of each FIR filter used to attain your sample rate
    5) the coefficients of each FIR filter used
    6) information about any additional stages that affect the response of the datalogger (e.g. special filters)

    How much of this information do you have for your datalogger?

      I use GMSPlus6 from Geosig. Maybe I can find the data information from my logger. then after I can get information from my logger, what next step should I do? can you tell me the steps?

        I’m happy to help. Let me know what you receive from your datalogger - with
        luck, we may be able to use it directly, depending on the format.
