Dear Rekik Dhouha -

Try “HELP READGSE” in SAC, which documents reading files in GSE format, or look up online documentation on the READGSE command. Once you read the files, you can write them as SAC files. Some features of the GSE format can’t be mapped into SAC (for example, multiple earthquake location determinations), but the time series can usually be decoded.
