Hi!
Thanks for a quick answer!

Unfortunately, a problem not in it.
Definitely, paths are registered correctly. I have libeng.so in
${MATLAB}/bin/glnx86. So, I have another problem. Here is whole
config.log. Excuse my overquoting, please! I don’t know what actually
important in this file:

----------------------------------------------------------------------------
This file contains any messages produced by compilers while
running configure, to aid debugging if configure makes a mistake.

It was created by Seismic Analysis Code configure 101.3b, which was
generated by GNU Autoconf 2.64. Invocation command line was

$ ../sac-101.3b/configure --with-x --with-matlab=/home/nastya/Matlab
--enable-database --enable-debug

configure: exit 0
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Nastya Chebrova.

Dear Chebrova,

The engOpen function that the configure script is looking for is
contained within the
libeng.so or libeng.a in ${MATLAB}/bin/glnxa64 (on my machine)

Make sure you have this library or the SAC interface to MATLAB will
compile.

You can use the environment variable MATLAB_DIR and MATLAB_BASE to
describe the location of
all of the matlab files that are required.
