Thread: Fiber Optics Session in ARMA, Houston Tx

Dear DAS interest group colleagues,

We'd like to invite you to submit an abstract to the session we are chairing titled "Fiber optic distributed temperature, acoustic, and strain sensing for geomechanics" at the 55th Rock Mechanics and Geomechanics Symposium, which will take place on 20-23 of June, 2021 (https://texas2021.armarocks.org/https://texas2021.armarocks.org/). The session aims to gather field, experimental, numerical and theoretical studies on the use of fiber optics in the general field of rock mechanics and geomechanics. Please consider sharing with us your recent results through a conference paper and oral/poster presentation at the symposium.

The abstract deadline is November 1st 2020. Paper submittal deadline is February 25th 2021.
