The Department of Geosciences at Colorado State University is seeking a Ph.D. student for solid Earth and glacial seismological research in West Antarctica funded by the National Science Foundation. We are especially interested in students with prior M.S.-level experience emphasizing seismology, glaciology, or a related field. Applications are preferred by January 25, with a flexible start date in 2021.

The Department of Geosciences (https://warnercnr.colostate.edu/geosciences/) is a broad Earth Science department (19 faculty; ~55 graduate students) within the Warner College of Natural Resources featuring strong Geophysics, Environmental, Geomorphology, and other specializations.
