Revealing Earth Systems: Integrating Spatial and Temporal Data
This workshop brings together the seismology and geodesy communities. Topics stretch across disciplinary boundaries and focus on elements that are common to the diverse disciplines and applications within the GAGE & SAGE communities. It highlights synergies between geodesy and seismology in time, space, and methods for approaching datasets and changes in the Earth System. The meeting provides an opportunity to learn about cutting edge research, engage with other members of the community, and expand technical skills.

This meeting is the equivalent of the UNAVCO and IRIS Science Workshops, which used to be held separately. The first joint workshop https://www.iris.edu/hq/workshops/2019/10/earth_in_4d was held in Portland, Oregon in October 2019.

The workshop is sponsored by the the US NSF https://www.nsf.gov/ and NASA https://www.nasa.gov/index.html. The Geodetic Facility for the Advancement of Geoscience (GAGE) and the Seismological Facility for the Advancement of Geoscience (SAGE) are run by UNAVCO http://unavco.org/ and IRIS https://www.iris.edu/hq/, respectively, through cooperative agreements with NSF.
