I'm looking for a convenient way to annotate seismic waveforms and spectrograms with event times and p-, s-wave phase arrivals.
Wilbur 3 produces plots with P- and S-wave arrivals annotated on waveform data. Is there a convenient way to access the arrival times, e.g. a file that can be downloaded and parsed to extract the times automatically?
I'd like to automate this process instead of the old copy and paste routine for each event/station combination.
Thanks,
Josh

Hi Josh,
Sorry for the slow reply. The predicted arrival times that Wilber uses ultimately come from the TauP library (https://www.seis.sc.edu/TauP/) which does simple distance/depth calculations using a simplified earth model. A version is also available via web service here: http://service.iris.edu/irisws/traveltime/1/
Cheers,
Adam
