Good afternoon,

I am trying to run sac on a MacBook Pro that is running MacOS X Monterey (12.0.1) with a M1 processor. I am using sac version 102.0. I am getting the following error message when I run sac: bad CPU type in executable: sac. Is there a way to get sac to run on Apple's M1 processor? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you advanced for your time and efforts in assisting us with this.

Sincerely,
Deshone

    Dear All -

You can either rebuild SAC from source on your Mac M1 processor, or you can run it under Rosetta (an Intel processor simulator). If you prefer not rebuilding, try this recipe to make your commands automatically invoke Rosetta:

    Good luck.

Thank you, George. Using Rosetta 2 worked.

      Thanks,
