Dear colleagues,
The Latin American and Caribbean Seismological Commission would like to
invite you to their IV biannual meeting that will take place in Quito,
Ecuador, from October 3 to 5, 2022. The conference will have a hybrid
format with in-person and online presentations, however, we encourage you
to join us in beautiful Ecuador in person! The meeting will include
pre-conference courses from September 30 to October 2, 2022 and
post-conference field trips from October 6 to 10, 2022.
Sessions will cover a broad range of topics including Seismic Early Warning
Systems, Subduction Zone Earthquakes, Seismic Hazards and Risks,
Anthropogenic Seismology, Seismic Tomography, Network Operations, Site
effects, Applications of Ambient Noise analysis, Machine Learning in
Seismology, Geodesy and Seismology, Volcano Monitoring, Tsunamis, among

Abstracts will be accepted from April 18 to July 11.
