    It looks like your sgftops does not have permissions for execution.

    [macquake:local/sac/bin] snoke% ls -l sgftops
    -rwxr-xr-x 1 snoke wheel 23056 Aug 17 14:48 sgftops*
    [macquake:local/sac/bin] snoke%

    What do you get?

    There have been a copule of bug fixes in stftops since v101.3b. I suggest
    getting the current version: 101.5c.

    * MODIFICATION HISTORY:
    * 201206: changed linestyles to match aux/linestyles.txt
    * 201205: cleaned up code
    * 20100614: rwg<at>vt.edu fixed a bug related to the "move" command
    (values
    * of x and y were not saved between calls to execute_buffer)
    * 20100208: snoke<at>vt.edu and rwg<at>vt.edu made program independent of
    byte
    * order of .sgf file
    * 20090912: snoke<at>vt.edu moved setlinewdith from prologue. Fixed(>)
    * problem with some print drivers that did not see it.
