Hi Philip-

I looked at the time stamp of your email. We had an unexplained service outage that occurred shortly after 8AM your time yesterday. We're already looking into this issue. Again, thanks for the report.

Hi Philip-

Thanks for reporting this. We'll look into the deployment aspect. Are you getting a 404 that contains an error message from the station service or is it a 404 from our web server, as if there is no endpoint?

Hi

Recently I have been seeing sporadic failures of station queries, such as this one:

https://service.iris.edu/fdsnws/station/1/query?level=channel&net=CO&sta=HAW&loc=00&cha=HHZ&starttime=2022-10-09T14%3A00%3A00.000&endtime=2022-10-10T14%3A00%3A00.000&nodata=404

This query failed, returning a 404, but then I tried again just a couple minutes later and it worked. Is it possible the load balancers are out of sync?

thanks
Philip
