Dear Sonu,

You can to change the time of recording from 1 hour to 2 or more in the digitizer, or

Try the cat command with the mseed files,

cat mseed1 mseed2 mseed3 > mseed

Then convert to sac and cut according, i not try it, but must to work

Sonu,

You can to use mseed2sac from IRIS
( http://www.iris.edu/pub/programs/converters )
and then in sac to cut the file.
