Hello, I have been using the IRIS GMAP to access station data for my masters project. The website does not seem to be outputting the data today. I seem to be getting the error 404: no data matched, for the same data I requested yesterday. Could you tell me anything about this error? When can it be expected to be resolved. Thank you so much for your time! A quick response would be appreciated. Kind regards, Navill

Hi, This is Sadia, Ph.D. student from CERI, University of Memphis. I am trying to download the waveform for Kilauea Eruption seismicity. I was successful in getting the waveforms a few days back also, but now I am facing some error issues with internal server error. I am attaching a link to the error for your reference here: Error of data download<http://service.iris.edu/fdsnws/dataselect/1/query?starttime=2018-05-05T23%3A01%3A50.850000&endtime=2018-05-05T23%3A02%3A30.850000&network=HV&station=… [more]

Hi I am trying to download the data from the XK network in Botswana The network code is XK and it had two arrays one in Malawi and one in Botswana. Unfortunately the metadata aggregator does not show any information on those stations, and when trying to download via python fdns client (i.e. IRIS) it comes back with an error message. [image: image.png] And when trying to get more information by clicking on one of the stations it doesn't display the usual info about channels etc. I would appr… [more]

Hi Yashwant, The LASSO dataset was not formatted correctly before it was archived at the Earthscope Data Services, and the data that you are receiving is associated with the poorly formatted data set. We are aware of this issue, and are working on correcting the dataset. We will let you know when the issue is fixed. Let us know if you have any additional questions. Sincerely, Tim Ronan

Hi there — I’ve been trying to pull up data from the Canadian POLARIS network (network code PO). GMAP reports that the DMC has these stations, for instance this one: PO,FSMA,59.9862,-111.8218,187.0,Fort Smith, AB, CA,2010-09-12T00:00:00,2014-09-01T23:59:59 but no actual waveforms come up when I attempt to access them for any event in the apparent operating period. This problem occurs for all of the PO stations that I’ve checked. Are these data not actually available? Thanks, — Andrew Andr… [more]

Dear whom it may concern, I am using "URL Builder: timeseries v.1",(https://service.iris.edu/irisws/timeseries/docs/1/builder/) to get the seismic timeseries data. I am struggling in choosing the "Correction" which has None, Perform Instrument Correction , and Apply Total Sensitivity. I have read the usage of this web but still not clear in the meaning. What does the Perform Instrument Correction and Apply Total Sensitivity mean? Can you please give me an explanation or the referenc… [more]

I have downloaded data for LASSO through the IRIS PH5 web client. Total data volume was 1.4 TB. But it seems like all the stations are not available in the data. There are just some scattered receivers in 10*, 11*, 12*, 13*, and 14* only available. Could you please have a look and see if there is more data available from other receivers in the survey. There were approx 1900 receivers in the survey, but I don't see that many here. Is there any other way to download that data? or am I missing som… [more]
