Dear Colleagues, We would like to draw your attention to short courses that will be offered throughout the 2018 IRIS Workshop in Albuquerque, NM this June. Specifically, we would also like to point your attention to the Field Trip to Kasha-Katuwe Tent Rocks National Monument in the Jemez Volcanic field to look at pyroclastic volcanic deposits, hike through a slot canyon, and get an overview of the Rio Grande Rift. IRIS is pleased to announce that registration is now open for an optional field trip adjacent to the IRIS Workshop in June 2018. The field trip will visit the nearby (~1 hour drive from Albuquerque) Kasha-Katuwe Tent Rocks National Monument in the Jemez Volcanic field to look at pyroclastic volcanic deposits, hike through a slot canyon, and get an overview of the Rio Grande Rift.
