In order to attract more overseas players to participate the competition on aftershock detection of the 2008 Ms8.0 Wenchuan earthquake, the organizers extend the time of preliminary round to August 11.
In some circumstances, the announcements and communications have to be in Chinese. So it would be more effective if your team has one Chinese player or collaborate with someone in China.
