[data-issues] wrong sample rate for station AU-HTT [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

The IRIS published metadata for station AU-HTT contain the wrong sample rate. Instead of the quoted 20 samples/second it should be 40 samples per second.
I verified this with our local technicians in charge of this station.

However, there may be an additional problem with the IRIS internal metadata being inconsistent, because a data query for a given time interval (through the web service) returns the correct number of samples for this interval. Using the metadata provided, this is than interpreted as data for a time interval twice as long as requested.
