[webservices] New ws-station revision released 1.2.7

Hello WS users,

The DMC is pleased to announce a new release of our ws-station service available here: http://www.iris.edu/ws/station/

Today's version 1.2.7 release addresses many small issues revealed in the previous 1.2.5 release, please review the changes here: http://www.iris.edu/ws/doc/station_revisions.htm

Some of the changes might effect users that have written their own client software, in particular error messages are now returned as simple text instead of XML.

This release will not affect users of the DMC's Fetch family of scripts.
