[webservices] Network maintenance will cause service disruptions Apr 24th - 25th

	IRIS Community-

	Two separate maintenance activities will cause short periods of  
disruption for a number of IRIS Services, including web services, web  
access, and DHI access.

	The first is network maintenance being performed by the UW on the  
evening of Tuesday, April 24th starting at 11pm PDT and ending about  
3am the next morning.  Connectivity to IRIS DMC will be intermittent  
at this time.

	The second item is a load balancer hardware upgrade that will occur  
Wednesday, April 25th from 2pm to about 4pm.  Expect a number of  
intermittent connectivity outages at this time as new hardware is put  
into place and configured with a vendor consultant on site.

undertaken to enhance your data access experience.
